About the opportunityIn this position you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting with preparing orders and storing them in accordance with procedures and guidelines as directed
  • Helping to maintain adequate stock levels to meet requirements, including the ordering, receiving, storing and stocktakes
  • Assisting with the daily cleaning and clean-up of office and storage areas to ensure high standards of presentation and usability
  • Ensuring stock is presentable and displayed appropriately
  • Assisting with general administration and office duties relating to the retail space.
About youTo be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
  • Ability to help prepare and store orders according to procedures and guidelines
  • Skilled in managing stock levels, ordering, receiving, and conducting stocktakes
  • Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of office and storage areas
  • Strong attention to detail in presenting and displaying stock
  • Proficient in general administration and office duties
  • For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
  • Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
