You will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, engage and lead a high performing engineering team.This role is an opportunity to blend technical leadership, strategic growth, and people development in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- RPEQ registration
- Membership with Engineers Australia or equivalent
- Project Management Qualifications (desirable)
- 15 years experience in Energy/Oil & Gas industry
- Proven success in business development
- Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams
- A dynamic, versatile and fast paced environment with a collaborative team
- Office location central to all public transport, with regular team events
