We provide a range of emergency, surgical, medical and general healthcare services, including maternity, palliative care, mental health, drug and alcohol, residential care, community health and state-wide specialist services to people and communities that are diverse in culture, age, socio-economic status, population and healthcare needs.About the roleThe Senior Clinician within the Mobile Support Team (MSTS) will work collaboratively with the Consultant Psychiatrist, AMHS Rehabilitation Team Leader and Service Manager and other Senior Clinicians in MSTS to provide community recovery orientated services, consultation, assessment and treatment and support to people with a mental illness, and their carers and families, between the ages of 16 and 64. The Senior Clinician provides critical professional leadership, ensuring high quality clinical standards, quality improvement and ongoing development of the Rehabilitation Service.About YouWe are seeking a dynamic clinician with mental health experience, who is highly motivated to support our consumers to achieve in their life.To be successful in the role you will have
  • Experience in supporting adults with the lived experience of mental ill health.
  • Sound knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health Act 2022 and other relevant legislation
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team and autonomously.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
