Job Description:Robert Half is currently working with a number of clients across the Perth metro area who are seeking experienced Payroll Officers to join their teams on a contract basis.These roles range in length and scope, providing excellent opportunities to broaden your experience, step into new industries, and keep your skills sharp while adding value to high-performing finance teams.Key Responsibilities

End-to-end payroll processing (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly)
Managing payroll queries and providing timely resolution
Award and EBA interpretation
Processing superannuation, terminations, and leave entitlements
Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
Reconciling payroll and assisting with reporting requirements

About You:

Solid experience in payroll, ideally within high-volume environments
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Experience with payroll systems such as Chris21, Micropay, ADP, or similar is highly regarded
