This organisation prides itself on its ability to improve the manageability of their client's networks while offering continuity, reliable service and excellent customer service.The RoleWe are currently seeking a Level 3 Engineer to join the technical services team. Ideally, you will already be working in a managed services company with the understanding of a client facing environment where you thrive in the ability to build new key relationships both internally and externally with clients.A typical day at this MSP will consist of:
Providing technical support to the managed services clients via telephone, email and remote support tools
Resolving incidents assigned in a timely manner ensuring customer service and client outcomes are paramount
Working as a team to get the job done
Your SkillsIn your next role you will have the following skill set to utilise:-
Windows Desktop and Server operating systems.
MS 365/Azure Cloud
Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange
VMware and/or HyperV
Networking; Routing/Switching, VoIP, Wireless
Firewall configuration and support
Driving licence is required for this role
