
Customer Service Attendant

- Ensuring excellent customer service to our members and guests at all times;
- Bar service and glass collection;
- Ensuring effective replenishment of food and beverage products;
- Providing Café duties including barista and drink service and food preparation;
- Gaming duties including service, cash desk, TAB and Keno;
- Assisting with functions and events as required;
- Cash handling and using cash registers and;
- General cleaning duties;
- Any other operational duties as required by management.
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry;
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously;
- High standard of personal grooming;
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve;
- Ability and initiative to work efficiently and pro-actively;
- RSA /RCG and TAB Corp basics Certificates;
- A history of accurate and efficient cash handling is essential and;
- Basic computer skills would be advantageous.
