- Implementing long term brand strategy and annual brand plan
- Working collaboratively with the product, sales, digital, performance media and mar-tech functions, governing the brand, ensuring brand values are adhered to and customer objectives considered in all decisions.
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholder to develop winning propositions based on category and consumer insights to connect and convert customers. This will include product, process, customer service proof points to uphold the brand promise
- Championing across the organisation and owning the development of the strategic framework- 'Why Vodafone, ' 'Why Buy' and 'Why Now'.
- Developing an intimate knowledge of the customer, identify, and solve customer tensions and craft a strategy to acquire, maintain and defend different audience segments.
- Developing creative campaigns, working with agency Partners: Creative, Media, Experiential, PR
- Tracking and monitoring in-market campaigns, providing insights to the business on success and opportunity in a timely and actionable way.
- Optimising Production budget spends ($ Budget is project specific)
- Work on Projects: Develop, implement, and report on projects as and when required by the business.
- 3-5 years' experience in brand management
- A proven track record of developing effective campaigns that build brand and deliver commercial results
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions independently, escalating when required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
- Ability to multi tasks seamlessly and manage responsibilities;
- Concern for quality and pride in all work produced; consistently careful and methodical with a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistent delivery;
- Ability to work on own initiative; pre-emptive and proactive; constantly thinking ahead; demonstrating a hands on and highly organised approach to all tasks;
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise simultaneous demands and adapt and respond appropriately;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent stakeholder management with team and agency, the ability to build rapport and manage ongoing relationships;
- High level of commercial acumen
