  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to manage daily operations.
  • Lead and support a skilled team, fostering excellence and consistency.
  • Champion training programs, including HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Contribute to budget planning and cost control.
  • Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Apply your luxury hospitality background to enhance service and culinary delivery.
About YouYou'll bring:
  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • A strong foundation in team development and kitchen leadership.
  • A background in premium hotel kitchens, with a solid understanding of luxury service expectations.
