Some of the main technologies that we use include Pure Storage, Rubrik & Polaris Data Management, Darktrace, Mimecast, Crowdstrike, VMWare, Manage Engine, Microsoft 365 & Intune, Microsoft Azure and Salesforce. With comprehensive training and mentorship, you'll be well-equipped to excel in your role and build a successful long-term IT career.About the Role:

Provide prompt customer support using ITSM tools, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Support software applications to ensure smooth operation and promptly troubleshoot issues.
Monitor cybersecurity tickets, ensuring prompt action and completion of service requests within SLA.

There will also be opportunities to be involved in organisational & technology projects.What we are looking for:

Recent IT graduate with strong academics.
Proficient in IT concepts and communication.
Collaborative, adaptable team player.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, and ITIL.
Document management proficiency and policy adherence are advantageous.
