Job Description:About the Role:Looking for a role where your work makes an impact? They'll give you flexibility around start / finish and once you're up and running you'll be able to work from home 2-days per week. They are headquartered in Brisbane and have a national and international footprint.This is initially a 6-month contract but if you're the right fit, there's every chance it will extend.You will work closely with the Financial Controller and play a key part in keeping the finance function running smoothly. You'll take ownership of core finance tasks and provide valuable support during a busy period time of business growth, and system improvements.
You can expect to be hands-on with:

EOM reporting
Assisting with budgets and forecasting
Providing analysis on business performance and essential KPIs
Partner with GMs to help understand key business drivers
Raising and posting journals
Manage accruals and prepayments
Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
Assist with audit preparation
Provide support on ad hoc tasks especially around system and process improvement

Who You Are:We're looking for someone who brings a mix of know-how, adaptability, and a positive attitude with excellent hands-on experience across a broad range of duties. This is a highly visible role, so you'll need outstanding communication to liaise with a variety of people across the business here and with international partners.

CPA / CA qualified or close to completion
Strong Excel skills
An articulate and confident communicator
Exposure to large ERPs is great but not a deal breaker (Xero, MYOB are fine too!)
Experience of reviewing processes and making improvements.
