As a Support Officer in our Retirement Villages, you’ll enrich lives and strengthen communities with compassionate service.Your opportunityAs our Support Officer, you’ll provide essential administrative, rostering/scheduling, and customer service support for our Retirement Village, ensuring smooth care delivery. Working 10:00am - 6:00pm, you’ll support residents, families, and teams with efficiency and empathy.With integrity and resilience, you will:Manage resident enquiries, onboarding, and documentation accurately.Maintain and update resident information in Anglicare’s CRM systems.Coordinate and communicate service schedules and rostering effectively.Liaise with residents, families, care teams, and providers professionally.Contribute to process improvements and uphold WHS standards.What you’ll bringYou are a detail-oriented, service-driven professional with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting older Australians. You align with our values of integrity, justice, compassion, and excellence.You will also need:Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)Proven experience with rostering/scheduling within a CRM platform (Preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)Proven administrative experience in a busy environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.Ideally, you will also have:Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, scheduling, rosteringExperience in aged care or community services.Familiarity with rostering and care coordination systems.Why Anglicare?We offer meaningful opportunities for the communities we support and our team.
