- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key advertisers, media consultants, and marketers to exceed sales targets.
- Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing sales team to drive exceptional revenue results.
- Collaborating across departments to shape strategic plans and deliver impactful communications.
- Staying ahead of market trends while delivering valuable insights to fuel growth.
- Managing reporting, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth operational execution across the team.
- Previous sales/marketing management, advertising and/or media buying experience.
- Proven track record in leading and inspiring teams to success.
- Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills with knowledge of digital products and the digital landscape.
- Formal qualifications in Business, Management, or Marketing.
