- Managing patient appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the healthcare team
- Using computerised systems to manage patient information
- Ensuring a welcoming and empathetic environment for all patients
- Previous experience in a similar medical receptionist role
- Experience within a dermatology or skin cancer clinic (desirable)
- Exposure to a sales environment (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computerised systems
- Experience working with 'Best Practice' medical software (advantageous)
- A high level of patient care and empathy
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and patient care
