This is a permanent full-time position offering shifts from Monday to Friday between 7:45AM - 5:15PM, as well as Saturday 8AM-12:00PMAs the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience.Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and visitors at reception.
Scheduling appointments across a range of modalities (e.g. X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound)
Delivering outstanding customer service and patient care
Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers

We're looking for someone with a background in medical administration or reception, ideally with experience in a hospital or other busy healthcare setting. If you're organised, friendly, and passionate about patient care, we'd love to hear from you.Key Qualifications:

Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Exhibit genuine care and understanding for patients' well-being.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a can-do attitude.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
