You will ideally have at least 3 years PAE in government and/or personal injury litigation, but other areas of experience may also be considered.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Possess experience dealing broadly with personal injury, commercial and/or government litigation matters;
- Have experience in drafting legal documents, advices and engaging in alternative dispute resolution;
- Demonstrate a client focused approach with superior time management and organisational skills in order to manage competing deadlines and demands;
- Be self-motivated and keen to immerse yourself in our team;
- Have the ability to work relatively autonomously and handle files and matters independently, with appropriate mentoring and supervision;
- Have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills which will be backed up by strong academics;
- Be familiar with relevant statutory legislation and case law; and
- Possess a genuine interest in insurance law, litigation, inquiries and dispute resolution and a strong desire to further your career in this area.
