You will be responsible for administering the legislative scheme under the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995, ensuring fair, timely, and effective resolution of domestic building disputes.This executive role reports directly to the Commissioner and CEO and contributes to the strategic leadership of the BPC during a time of significant reform. While reporting to the executive, the Chief Dispute Resolution Officer maintains independence in decisions related to a particular disputes.What we are looking for:You are a seasoned executive with:
Extensive experience in dispute resolution, legal practice, or regulatory environments.
Strong understanding of domestic building legislation and consumer protection frameworks.
