- Design and embed control assurance framework, standards, methodologies at TAL.
- Execute control assurance activities and reviews.
- Deliver robust and timely risk and compliance advice to the business.
- Monitor the quality, delivery and embedment of the Controls Assurance Program at TAL.
- Develop assurance capability and skillset within the team and the broader risk community at TAL.
- Independently review and challenge the rigour of Line 1 assurance activities.
- At least 8 years of experience working in risk and compliance, preferably in the financial services industry and with a focus on control assurance activities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship development, management and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to deal with and meet constant and short deadlines
- Ability to manage, lead, influence stakeholders
