Program Architect

• Provide architectural leadership across several concurrent transformation and digitisation projects.
• Define and maintain solution and program-level architecture aligned to business strategy.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business analysts, and delivery teams to ensure solution design meets business needs.
• Ensure technology solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee integration of new platforms and applications with existing enterprise systems.

• Proven track record as a senior or program-level architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Solid exposure to digitisation initiatives and modernisation programs.
• Must have previous experience in superannuation, wealth management, or large banking environments.
• Strong ability to operate across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Initial Term: 12 months, with potential extension.
• Location: Melbourne-based role (hybrid working options available).
