No previous self-storage experience is necessary as full initial training will be given at our client's flagship facility in Moorabbin. Drawing on your excellent customer service, admin and sales skills you will be responsible for:-responding to the needs of existing customershandling all telephone, email and walk-in enquiriesliaising with customers and helping them satisfy their self-storage needssigning up customers, taking payments and updating customer recordsensuring customer loyalty by offering exceptional follow-up service and supporttaking an active interest in securing new customersbeing the face of the business by delivering friendly, flawless, customer care.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:-To be successful in this role you will need a range of practical skills and experience including:-fast accurate typingflawless written and spoken Englisha clear, confident telephone mannerstrong admin and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Officeexperience in (or an aptitude to learn/use/update) our CRM softwarealthough by no means essential, a background in real estate or property will be very highly regarded.As well as the above, we are looking for a number of "soft" skills that will set you apart.
