The primary function of this role is to deliver an unparalleled workplace experience as a cultural ambassador of the company, community advocate and service leader. The guest relations team is the first point of engagement with VIP clientele, creating a warm, supportive atmosphere that enhances the workplace experience in both front-of-house and heart-of-house.ESSENTIAL DUTIES - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:The role involves;
- Working in a fast-paced concierge reception space, where you pride yourself on getting to know their clientele so that you can provide a bespoke and best in class experience.
- Register clients & employees using a designated site access management system
- Assist with administrative tasks as per the request from the client
- Recognise VIP's, guests and building staff and use their names wherever possible
- Provide a service level beyond the client's expectations 'to go above and beyond'
- Enjoy being a team member of a prestigious employer
- Experience in either five star hotels, flight attendant/air hostess/steward, events, corporate hospitality
- Solutions driven with a positive 'can do attitude'
- Discretion and confidentiality and the ability to build a high level of trust
- Takes pride in having immaculate presentation
- Administrative skills - Word, Power point, Zoom, Excel and Outlook are desirable.
