Exposure to planning/supervisory of teams is highly regarded with strong Pilbara connections.This is an interesting role where you will work across a diverse & complex scope of work to give you the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects & services.In return - you will be able to enjoy being at home more often with a Perth based role whilst expanding your career to the next level.What will I be involved with?

Coordination & Engagement with our Mechanical & Electrical site crews - being proactively involved with our crews with day to day management, regular catch ups and seeing how you can best build your team
Scheduling work to maintain consistent work-flow for your team
Proactively developing client relations & seeing areas of growth in new markets through business development
Actively involved in the recruitment of tradespeople by conducting interviews/offer negotiation
Providing expertise on services available within the Group

What do I need?

A strong background in a similar role within Fixed Plant Maintenance / Infrastructure Maintenance or supply services companies
Trade Background (Ideal but not essential)
Outstanding customer relations and people management skills
Enthusiastic to win new business, build on relationships and execute plans
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
High-level communication and negotiating skills
Experience in project estimation & quoting
Sound knowledge utilising Microsoft Office Suite
Competent conflict resolution skills
Current car driver's licence
