- Coordination & Engagement with our Mechanical & Electrical site crews - being proactively involved with our crews with day to day management, regular catch ups and seeing how you can best build your team
- Scheduling work to maintain consistent work-flow for your team
- Proactively developing client relations & seeing areas of growth in new markets through business development
- Actively involved in the recruitment of tradespeople by conducting interviews/offer negotiation
- Providing expertise on services available within the Group

- A strong background in a similar role within Fixed Plant Maintenance / Infrastructure Maintenance or supply services companies
- Trade Background (Ideal but not essential)
- Outstanding customer relations and people management skills
- Enthusiastic to win new business, build on relationships and execute plans
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- High-level communication and negotiating skills
- Experience in project estimation & quoting
- Sound knowledge utilising Microsoft Office Suite
- Competent conflict resolution skills
- Current car driver's licence
