ASAP StartFetch Recruitment are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (MEM Open Pit) for an ongoing 2/1 roster commencing ASAP.This is a great opportunity to work for a Mining owner operator with a long term role available for the right person.We are looking for someone who is available asap who has the ability to lead by example, get their hands dirty and has the ability to support and drive a team of high performing maintenance staffThis is a critical role on site as part of a fast growing site so we are looking for someone experience who can hit the ground running and make the role their ownWHATS ON OFFER?Maintenance Supervisor (MEM):

- Working for an owner operator mining company in WA

- Leading and managing team of HD Fitters, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers, Serviceman, HV Electricians, LV Fitters and Tyre Fitters
- Managing performance, safety and culture of mobile maintenance team

- 5+ Years Experience in a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor position
- Experience across a variety of Heavy Mining Machinery including CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi production sized machinery
- The ability to work in an autonomous role and lead and management trades
- Trade qualification and must be prepared to support your team and get your hands dirty
- Section 44 / S26 Qualifications
- Pro active attitude - will need to lead without any hand holding
- Current Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Will need 2 references for a similar role
- Ability to attend a teams or F2f interview with Maintenance Manager
