- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our rock drilling tools and their applications to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
- Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market share.
- Market Analysis: Research on competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence through our CRM data base. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the rock drilling tools or related industry. Experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of the mining, construction, or quarrying sectors is advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with rock drilling tools, equipment, and industry standards. Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex products.
- Education: Relevant certifications or training in sales or the mining industry is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
