- Assist in evaluating and improving HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Provide HR administration support, including onboarding/ offboarding, employment contracts, and employee documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and high standards in handling sensitive HR information.
- Demonstrated experience in interpreting enterprise agreements and providing advice to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, management, and external parties.

- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role, with at least 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and well-developed Excel skills.
- Experience in customer service, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of HR and recruitment principles, as well as the Fair Work Act and Employment Law.
- Ability to interpret industrial instruments and employment contracts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and prioritisation abilities.
