As a Digital Analyst in the Digital Experience & Marketing (DXM) directorate at a prestigious university, you'll be at the forefront of driving data-driven decision making and optimising digital marketing performance. You'll have the opportunity to analyse complex data, propose innovative solutions, and lead transformation initiatives that enhance the university's global digital presence. Your role will directly impact the institution's ability to deliver world-class digital experiences, making this a key position for those passionate about digital analytics, marketing technology, and higher education.Your responsibilities will include:Lead Data Analysis: Drive insights from complex data to inform digital marketing strategies and optimise performance.Champion Optimisation: Scale personalisation and journey optimisation capabilities across omni-channel marketing efforts.Facilitate Transformation: Lead workshops, establish governance frameworks, and drive digital marketing projects.Foster Collaboration: Promote a data-driven culture and encourage the adoption of best practices across teams.You may be a great fit if:You are an experienced digital analytics professional with a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving data-informed decision-making in a complex organisational environment.You may also:Have a postgraduate qualification in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.Demonstrate extensive experience in leading data analysis and digital marketing strategy.Show strong analytical and conceptual skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.Exhibit the ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile and matrixed environments.For further information please refer to the attached PD.What we offer you!
