- Lead cross-functional project management initiatives for the Optics and IP portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with pre-sales teams, creating compelling proposals and bid offers that meet customer needs.
- Oversee post-sales delivery, serving as the primary escalation point for customer governance and support across hardware, services and post-delivery support.
- Manage the contract execution and financial performance of the portfolio, including P&L accountability, KPI tracking, and proactive cost and timeline management.
- Foster strong customer relationships, acting as the main contact for planning, execution, and prioritization throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Implement and manage effective risk management and change management processes to mitigate project challenges.
- Coordinate with customer stakeholders to ensure program scope is effectively managed and aligned with governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, adhering to PMI principles and Nokia's operational guidelines.
- Attend customer premises in greater Sydney when required.
- At least 8 years of experience in Senior Project Management or Program Management within the IT/Telco industry
- Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) delivery and work streams
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-organizational teams
- PMP and/or Prince2 certification or willingness to certify
- Experience managing financial and operational performance metrics
- Familiarity with project execution, engineering, and supply chain processes
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience in risk and change management practices
