- Internal communications, preparation of stories, formatting and distribution of monthly project newsletter including implementation and promotional activities of the projects Social Responsibility Plan.
- Support consultation with project stakeholders, recording stakeholder data, including all stakeholder interactions, to the project’s stakeholder database.
- Assist the delivery of communication materials including distribution of E-news and internal site communications and management of regular site photography (aerial, ground and timelapse), accompanying professional photographer, seeking project approvals, naming files and submitting to client each month.
- Attending community events and supporting displays on behalf of the project and management of booking and coordination of site tours and local events, as required.
- Assist with drafting social media posts, creating content and working with photographer/videographer where required.
