- Delivering and executing digital campaigns for our agencies and clients
- Media buying across social channels along with programmatically trading display, video, mobile and other/new channels available using proprietary platforms & first-party data
- Creating optimisation strategies across our campaigns to achieve and surpass client KPIs including performance, delivery and margin
- Responding promptly to queries on live and upcoming campaigns to deliver an outstanding level of service to internal and external clients
- Working closely with the Trading, Technical and Account Management teams to communicate material and technical requirements to our internal and external clients
- Preparing campaign performance and analytics reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Evaluating data performance and recommending improvements in order to achieve optimal performance
- Digital Media Buying experience working with social platforms and other buy side programmatic platforms is an advantage but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel, data visualisation and interpretation skills
- Can easily manage multiple activities simultaneously while managing potentially conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs
- An interest in the Australian media and advertising agency landscape
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, while having a keen desire to be a contributing member of a collaborative and effective team
- Experience working with internal and external customers
