Build Meaningful Connections.EMBARK NOW on a deeply rewarding journey as a Support Worker in our Home & Community service across the Central Coast Region and experience the satisfaction by supporting your clients to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and thrive in a supportive environment.Primarily, these positions include community-based one-on-one support where you'll have the opportunity to directly engage with clients and encourage independence by taking them out into the community.These positions are designed to service clients across the Greater Central Coast region, between the Umina, Long Jetty & Wyong areas!*Note: whilst you will have a primary location during your onboarding (Croudace Bay), these roles will require travel to any and/or all above-listed locations.We have both permanent part-time AND casual opportunities on offer, with 15- 20+ hours per week available!Your duties will include:
  • Delivering personalised support by assisting clients with personal care, administrating medication, manual handling.
  • Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent.
  • Supporting clients to engage and participate in the community.
  • Building positive relationships with our clients.
  • Transporting clients in your own car.
Requirements:
  • Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your can-do attitude is key!
  • Someone who embodies CPA values, is client-focused in their approach to care, and driven by the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
  • Availability a minimum of 2-3 weekdays
  • Available to work shits between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
  • Comfortable travelling to all locations listed above
