We are looking for a Luxury Residential Site Manager to join our client`s team to work on a project in Vaucluse. Our client has been in business for nearly 20 years and work on luxury bespoke homes.As a Site Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations on-site, you will need to be confident in dealing with excavations and the site set up phase and then seeing it through to completion.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities.
Interpret detailed drawings and specifications for high-end custom homes
Lead and mentor trades, subcontractors, and labourers
Ensure work is completed on time, to budget, and to our clients Projects quality standard
Monitor and enforce site safety, cleanliness, and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in high end residential construction, with a focus on concrete and masonry
Minimum 3 years in a Foreman/Site Manager
Demonstrated experience on luxury/custom home projects
Deep knowledge of concrete structures, formwork, masonry detailing, and stonework
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
White Card & driver’s licence
A passion for quality construction and high-end finishes
