
Senior Change Manager

- Stakeholder Engagement: Align project goals with stakeholder expectations through analysis and interviews.
- Impact Assessment: Identify and assess change impacts to support smooth transitions.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored change management plans.
- Communication & Engagement: Deliver clear, targeted messaging to internal and external audiences.
- Leadership & Advisory: Guide change initiatives and support project teams.
- Risk Mitigation: Address people-side risks and resistance with proactive strategies.
- Readiness & Evaluation: Assess readiness and present actionable insights.
- Reporting: Keep senior leaders informed on progress and challenges.
- Training Oversight: Manage training needs and mitigate related risks.
- Adoption & Measurement: Track change adoption and effectiveness.
- Platform Management: Ensure consistent communication across all channels.
- Min 5 years experience as a change manager
- Strong background in enterprise applications and IT project implementations.
- Understanding of Agile ways of working.
- Demonstrated ability to work across complex, highly regulated environments.
- Certified in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI).
- Experience leading change for major platforms: ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), Manufacturing & Supply Chain (Oracle, Windchill), and Digital Transformation (AWS, Salesforce Commerce).
- Background in medical devices or healthcare regulatory environments will be highly regarded
