Centrally located in the city, close to public transport, there is a café onsite for employees to enjoy and the nearby aquatic center and gym offer great rates for employees.About the RoleAs the ABC embraces changes to the way we work enabled by emerging technologies, we are looking for someone who is passionate about enabling a positive experience for our people and supporting our teams to effectively adopt and embed change.This is a senior change management role where you will lead the scoping, planning and implementation of people and workflow-related changes associated with technology projects that address business needs in an evolving business environment.The role is a member of the Business Readiness Practice team in the Product & Technology Division. The team includes change managers, business analysts, learning and design specialists. The role will support the Practice, assist with resourcing, coaching and mentoring and work in projects, including:
- Providing expert change leadership, advice and hands-on support to the to the practice, project teams and key stakeholders using collaborative, influential and co-design approaches.
- Collaborating with and supporting the Business Readiness Practice Manager to ensure effective and consistent change management approaches and cross-team learning to support project delivery uplift in alignment with the delivery framework.
- Leading complex change analysis and assessments and contributing significantly to the analysis, design, development and delivery of stakeholder engagement activities, reviewing and making recommendations for post project transition and adoption.
- Overseeing relevant Business Readiness Practice resources where required to ensure the most effective and efficient use and delivery of services.
- Leading and partnering with stakeholders to ensure the business and its workforce are ready for change and enabling collaborative experiences with diverse participants to achieve shared purpose, vision, mission, and desired outcomes.
- Expert research, analytical, problem-solving and human centred design skills and strategic reasoning and judgement.
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills with an ability to build and maintain strategic working relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- A naturally collaborative workstyle and outstanding influencing skills with effective coaching and mentoring abilities.
