- Experience in a similar role and in fast-paced multinational environments
- Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields (preferred)
- Strategic mindset with a proven ability to execute and deliver results
- Experience in P&L management and strong financial acumen
- Skilled in sales network management, project management, and organizational processes
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership that energizes teams and builds customer trust
