Job Description:The role:
The Senior Commercial Business Partner is a key role within the NSW Private Hospitals finance team, responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to a portfolio of private hospitals. The role focuses on analysing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to drive commercial decision-making and optimize financial performance. The Senior Commercial Business Partner collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that align with the company's objectives. We value our staff and offer professional advancement in a respectful, collaborative and learning environment.Your skills and experience:Minimum 5 years experience in finance, business partnering or strategic planning rolesStrong Financial modelling and Financial Analysis and Reporting skills and ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Business Partnering - collaborate with key stakeholders including business development, marketing, corporate services and operationsCommercial Strategy and Planning skillsExperience overseeing financial accounting processes and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.Professional certification like CPA or CA is highly desirableRemuneration:
Total remuneration package will be based on experience level and relevant qualifications + salary packaging - between $140,000-160,000 TRP.The Company:St Vincent’s Health Australia is the nation’s largest not-for-profit health and aged care provider.
