- Greeting visitors: Welcoming guests as they arrive at the office.
- Directing visitors: Guiding visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Answering phone calls: Screening and forwarding incoming calls.
- Maintaining reception area: Ensuring it's tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Providing information: Offering basic details in person or via phone/email.
- Handling mail: Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail.
- Managing security: Controlling access via the reception desk.
- Scheduling: Updating calendars, arranging meetings, and travel coordination.
- Purchasing of general office supplies: Purchasing of general office supplies
- Raising and sending invoices to customers
- Processing Credit Memos
- Posting payments to accounts
- Tracking overdue payments and follow up
- Creation/update of quotations & data entry.
- Document archiving
- 2-3 years' experience in Administration, Accounts Receivable or another relevant field.
