In these newly created and growth-focused roles, you'll provide strategic financial guidance, develop robust business cases, and deliver insights that help leadership teams make informed, results-driven decisions. You'll own the P&L for your portfolio, identify key risks and opportunities, partner closely with key business stakeholders, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.In these roles, you will:
  • Partner with leaders to enable sound, data-driven decision-making
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
  • Build and assess business cases that drive efficiency and value
  • Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Promote financial accountability and commercial acumen across the business
If you're a proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an impact across high-growth portfolios, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll bring:
  • Several years practical experience with at least 5 years' relevant business partnering experience.
  • Proven ability to develop effective partnerships between support and business functions.
  • Extensive experience in management accounting, performance management and reporting, business planning and budgeting.
  • Experience in financial evaluation of projects (NPV, ROC etc.) and initiatives and the preparation of formal business cases.
  • Experience using large ERP systems & BI tools (SAP, BPC, MicroStrategy, PowerBI).
  • Advanced Excel and extensive financial modelling experience with large and multiple data sources.
  • CPA or CA certification.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline.
  • Strong FMCG, Retail or Pharmaceutical experience an advantage.
