- Coordinate the claims process within the claim's portal, ensuring all relevant information is attached and key stakeholders are communicated with to resolve issues promptly.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to prevent issue recurrence and provide feedback to key departments.
- Conduct regular audits of credit claims, ensuring data integrity for amounts, customer details, and approvals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Comply with site and company safety policies and procedures.
- Strong experience with working with others in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in Credit or Claims Management highly regarded.
- Proactive mentality with a keen interest in continually building your own skillset and helping others.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Tech savvy with Excel and computer skills
