
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Working closely with our software engineering, quantum sensing and hardware teams, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, proactively engaging the market aligned to current and future needs.
- You'll also manage the 'reactive' recruitment process and become a trusted advisor across the business providing ongoing hiring guidance, leveraging market insights and current hiring trends.
- With the support of the Talent Manager, you will also contribute in identifying employer branding and talent related marketing opportunities as well as participate in various global talent related conferences and events.
- A minimum of 7+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition role, ideally within a startup or tech related environment.
- A keen interest in emerging and deep tech is a must!
- Experience hiring, building and engaging talent communities globally preferably across Australia, the UK, US and EU.
- Experience working with a diverse group of stakeholders with the ability to advise, influence and support at all levels within the company.
- Whilst we work in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment, we operate with thought and strategic direction. Experience balancing both tactical and delivery is therefore extremely important.
- 4+ years experience proactive sourcing / recruiting software, embedded, hardware related engineers in an R&D and/or start-up environment.
- Experience targeting research, science, related skills across global markets.
- Proficiency with Lever ATS and/or an effective CRM system.
