Initial 6-month contract role - Daily rate: $600 - $800 plus super, dependant on experience

Opportunity:An interesting and unique assignment, a growing team that sits within a leading organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support with building out a brand-new business unit, focussing on senior-level, executive recruitment.This role will involve a wide range of work across end-to-end recruitment, process management, project management and maintaining strong relationships with senior level stakeholders.A snapshot of the role:

Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles, with a focus on senior, executive recruitment.
Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire senior talent, aligning with organizational goals.
Building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to understand senior hiring needs
Staying updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to remain competitive

The successful candidate:You are an experienced Talent Acquistion professional, with a background recruiting at the executive level. We are open to discussing this role further with candidates who hold the below experience:

Minimum 5 years experience working in a Talent Acquistion Partner (client-side), with experience recruiting at executive level
High-level communication skills
High-level stakeholder management skills
