• Our Beauty Therapists apply their skin and dermal therapy knowledge to provide customer treatment and routine recommendations as part of a whole solution. Through initiating and conducting tailored consultations, our Beauty Therapists can build a beauty and skin profile based on needs and wants.
• Our Makeup Artists utilise a range of selling techniques, whilst providing services, including product and application knowledge. They build a connection with their customers, gaining trust and inviting them to return.

• Create a safe space for our clients, providing services in our newly reimagined beauty rooms.
• Share your passion for beauty with our clients and inspire them with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised service to achieve commercial objectives.
• Work closely with the Counter Manager to empower our clients to look and feel their best.
• Build an ever-growing base of return clientele through genuine and insightful interactions.

• Have completed a Diploma or Certificate in Beauty.
• Have experience working within a customer-centric environment.
• Thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
• Have an exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
• Are flexible to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.
• Are passionate about joining the David Jones family and representing our brand, alongside our international Beauty offering including Chanel, Dior, and La Mer.
