- Demonstrated experience in financial management, working within a school environment;
- Tertiary qualification/s in administration (eg. Business/Accountancy) or other relevant discipline;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with significant experience in both an operational and Christian leadership role;
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting;
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues affecting educational institutions or non-profit organizations;
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities;

- Must hold or be willing to apply for a ‘Paid’ Working with Children Bluecard;
- First Aid & CPR Certificate in an Education setting (can be obtained at CalCC);
- Awareness of Work Health and Safety (WHS) practice & procedure; and
- Current Driver’s Licence.
