- You have completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract generation, employment verifications, system updates, and induction coordination.
- Ensure data accuracy by maintaining accurate employee records and ensure timely updates to HR systems.
- Participate in projects, for example, in relation to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Assist in planning and delivering employee events, celebrations, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support workforce planning and compliance.
- Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
- Assist with tracking employee participation and feedback in development activities.
- Respond to employee queries related to policies, benefits, and systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and document preparation.
