Quirindi Community Hospital is seeking an Assistant in Nursing to join our dedicated team in providing high quality, safe, and effective nursing care using a person-centred approach. You will play an important role in supporting patients with a wide variety of health needs, from physical and mental illness to other health challenges, always ensuring culturally appropriate and compassionate care.This role involves:
- Supporting patient care in line with the National Patient Safety and Quality Standards.
- Participating in the development and evaluation of clinical pathways.
- Contributing to health care planning, practice, and evaluation.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-informed care.
- You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
- You are a team player who values collaboration and respect.
- You are committed to patient-centred care and delivering excellence within your scope of practice.
