About our Client:An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Contract Manager to join a global professional services leader, supporting high-profile clients and complex technology-driven engagements. This is a senior, client-facing role where you will partner with executives, sales teams, and delivery leaders to shape deals, manage risks, and ensure contractual success throughout the lifecycle of major projects.About the Role:As a Senior Contract Manager, you will provide strategic commercial and contractual expertise across a portfolio of significant engagements. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading contract management teams across large, complex projects.
  • Advising leadership on account strategy, risk management, and commercial opportunities.
  • Negotiating, drafting, and managing a wide range of agreements.
  • Taking accountability for identifying, escalating, and resolving commercial and contractual risks.
  • Engaging in pre-award sales activities and supporting deal shaping.
  • Building and maintaining trusted client relationships at executive level.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing contract management staff across multiple projects.
About You:We are seeking a commercially astute leader with:
  • At least 7 years’ experience in contract management, ideally you will have worked within a Technology entity, professional services or related entity
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams across projects or geographies.
  • Proven experience working on contracts involving government or public sector clients.
  • Eligibility to obtain, or possession of, an Australian Government Security Clearance is essential.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracting regulations, principles, and subcontracting practices.
  • Demonstrated success in managing compliance risks, investigations, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence C-suite decision makers.
  • A collaborative, inclusive approach and the ability to work effectively across cultures in a global environment.
