- Partner with key stakeholders to design and deliver lead generation campaigns from concept through to execution.
- Build and launch new marketing campaigns that drive high-quality enquiries and conversions.
- Ensure campaigns are targeted to attract the right leads, aligned with service capacity and eligibility criteria.
- Create supporting communications and content, including landing pages, brochures, and email sequences.
- Monitor campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools, reporting on KPIs such as conversion rates and cost per lead.
- Represent CPA at expos and events, managing logistics and post-event evaluation to measure engagement and ROI.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing and communications, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
- Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Commercially minded with excellent strategic planning and reporting capabilities.
