
Customer Service Officer

- Responsible for Customer Service daily activities and projects including, but not limited to, all aspects related to materials, customers, vendors
- Receive and process customer orders, complete contract reviews of orders confirming receipt and full details with customer, advise of any customer variations to original order including price or stock availability
- Ensure all relevant customs and duties recorded with the sale of product is maintained as applicable with specific customers
- Prepare delivery requests with correct customer order information and communicate with third party logistics providers to authorise delivery of goods
- Ensure delivery requests are processed promptly and accurately through confirmation of receipt, provision of Certificates of
- Analysis with delivery requests and obtaining signed proof of delivery forms from the store where required
- Must have a “best practice” continuous improvement and customer centric mindset

- 3 years’ experience in a customer experience role with a Supply Chain environment or related field
- Experience in distribution, chemical or other similar industry advantageous
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of customer purchase to pay process
