- Develop and maintain procurement, contract, and invoice registers, templates, and how-to guides.
- Reset records management processes to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
- Implement compliance reporting, quality assurance activities, and internal audit recommendations.
- Create training materials to support staff in contract preparation, approvals, and management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed sustainable procurement practices.
- Ensure compliance with PGPA Act, Commonwealth Procurement Rules, and relevant policies.
- Proven experience in procurement, contract, and vendor management in the Australian Government context.
- Strong knowledge of legislative, policy, and risk frameworks.
- Ability to work independently, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
