What You’ll Do
  • Coordinating product delivery – gathering our client's requirements, aligning with Elfie’s product team, and ensuring smooth releases.
  • Driving member activation – working with our client to design and promote compelling campaigns that bring members onto the app.
  • Boosting member engagement – launching challenges, campaigns, and experiences to keep our client members active and engaged.
What You’ll Need
  • 8+ years’ experience in project/program management, ideally in health-tech, healthcare, or insurance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with both corporate clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver activation and engagement campaigns in digital environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: structured, agile, and outcome-driven.
