- Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
- Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable)
- Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience
- Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan
- Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals
- High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence
