Site Supervisor

• Tier 1 builder - apartments, data centres, CBD works and other mixed commercial projects. Projects from $50m-$200m. Urgent positions ready to fill now.
• Tier 2 builder - apartments, mixed use, social housing. Projects from $30m-$80m. Upcoming projects starting in Quarter 4 of 2025.

• Site Supervisor & Foremen positions - Structures, Facades, Finishes and Services- initially overseeing structure - 5 storey build on a large site footprint and then roll into finishes
• Career positions- both these builders have a pipeline of projects over the next 2-3 years.

• A stable career grounding on major commercial building projects in Australia
• Expertise and exposure to one or more of these key building elements: structure façade/externals, services and/or finishes - these companies are seeking to develop their staff to work on projects from start to finish.
• Certificate III or IV in OHS, First Aid Certificate
• An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.

• A salary package in the $170k-$220k range, dependent upon experience
